Although I have thanked you personally, I wanted to let you know what a wonderful afternoon we had last Sunday, when you provided a superb lunch for over fifty people for my mums family and friends, to celebrate her 90th birthday. You worked extremely hard, and made more difficult with the weather being so hot. The food was plentiful and tasty and many of our family and friends wanted to know more about you and country cuisine. The staff waiting tables were absolutely wonderful and looked after us very well indeed too.
I have received many thank you messages from the guests, commenting on how lovely the food was and what a good time they had and just to quote one message “The best party I have been too in a long time.”
Thank you Jeremy for helping me arrange such a special day for my mum.
And just to let you know, I have invited everyone back in ten years time to mum’s 100th birthday party, so make sure you put this in your diary
